Independent bottler Chapter 7 presents the first sherry cask-aged single-grain whisky in the Monologue series. North British was distilled in December 1991, matured for 30 years in a single cask# 86375 & bottled in Scotland in October 2022.

Walnuts, almonds, toasted dark bread.
Dried oriental tobacco, nuts and coconut, maple syrup and bourbon.
Sweet and sour, light black tea, custard, cornflakes.
